Much to enjoy.

Much to be thankful for.

Much to hope for.

Much to work toward.

We find inspiration

in the love of family and friends,

in the courage of everyday heroes,

and in the vision of those

whose new ideas

lead to brighter tomorrows.

We move forward

in joy, in gratitude, in hope,

and with the will to persevere.

    2. Thank you for your reply, Filipa. ❤ Good to know you are Portuguese and living in France. So wonderful that your whole family will celebrate the holidays together in Lisbon. On a cruise many years ago, I enjoyed a ride through the picturesque old part of the city. Happy Holidays! 🙂

    1. Thank you for asking about Robert’s health, David. He has been cleared by his optometrist for cataract surgery and has an appointment with the surgeon in January. Since the rainy season has passed, there is less mold in the air from the surrounding woods, and his eyes are somewhat improved. We are hopeful that the surgery will be scheduled soon, and that the medications involved will not cause too much allergic reaction. They are using a compounding pharmacy.

      I wish you and your family all the good things 2022 can possibly bring! ❤

    1. Thank you, Punam, for your kind response. Robert has an appointment with the cataract surgeon in January, and we are hopeful that surgery can be scheduled soon.
