    That’s awful news. 😓 Actually, I’m portuguese an I live in France. My family is in Portugal, Italy and UK. We’ll all meet in Lisbon to spend Christmas together.

  Thank you for asking about Robert’s health, David. He has been cleared by his optometrist for cataract surgery and has an appointment with the surgeon in January. Since the rainy season has passed, there is less mold in the air from the surrounding woods, and his eyes are somewhat improved. We are hopeful that the surgery will be scheduled soon, and that the medications involved will not cause too much allergic reaction. They are using a compounding pharmacy.
