    Thank you, Ingrid. Wouldn’t it be great if the parties competed to see who could do the most good rather than conducting a war of words and some doing the opposite of what they promised? The margins in Congress are very close, so the midterms may bring some changes.

      So happy you like the post, Smitha. I guess I would be satisfied if politicians stayed within the law and made an honest attempt to measure up to the basic ideals of ethics, fairness, and the Golden Rule. 🌈🌺😊

        Loved it! Cheryl, expecting an ‘honest attempt’ seems too much these days. Those with power and meant to lead the country are going rogue and it’s terribly scary. I’m praying for sanity to return. πŸ™‚ XXX
