When the Sun Shines

When the sun shines, I love you.

When the rain falls, I love you.

When the wind blows, I love you.

In the moonlight, I love you.

In the starlight, I love you.

In the dark of night, I love you.

In the hurricanes of life, you are there.

When all of nature smiles, you are there.

Every moment of my life is better

because you are there!

      Thank you, Laura. I thawed out a couple of steaks and made a salad. I put the red tablecloth and the red roses Robert gave me on the table. We will eat around 8. Simple and low-key.

      We have not had snow here, just several unusual killing frosts and lots of windy weather. The grass is brown, and our shrubs are too. Now the weather is improving and the oak trees are in bloom. I think it may be spring.

      It sounds like you, too ,have had your fill of winter. Soon the cherry blossoms will appear! 🌸
